These Business Terms and Conditions define and specify in more detail the following:
The rights and obligations of both the Seller (as defined below) and the Buyer (as defined below).

Definition of Basic Terms

The internet shop operated by the Seller on the website eshop.cyprusebike.com .
Purchase Agreement
For the purposes of these Business Terms and Conditions, the Purchase Agreement is understood to be either an agreement for the purchase of goods or an agreement for the provision of services.

Any e-shop customer who purchases the Seller’s Goods and/or Services.
Business Terms and Conditions
These Business Terms and Conditions, always in the valid version published as of the day an Order is placed via the E-shop.

Any order placed by the Buyer via the Seller’s website.

Any of the services, consisting primarily of renting electric bicycles, which are offered via the E-shop and which the Seller provides to the Buyer.

Any of the tangible movable items offered for sale via the Seller’s E-shop, which the Seller sells to the Buyer.

Personal Data Protection
The personal data of a Buyer (individual) and any individuals representing a Buyer (legal entity) are stored in accordance with the valid legislation on the protection of personal data.

At the time that the persons named in the preceding paragraph enter into a Purchase Agreement, they agree that their personal data may be collected and processed in the Seller’s database. This consent may be revoked at anytime in writing.

The personal data will be stored and collected solely for the purposes of entering into the Purchase Agreement, the delivery of the Goods and/or Services in accordance with the Purchase Agreement, the processing of complaints and any related tasks, and for the Seller’s archival purpose for maintaining information about completed sales. The data may also be used for the purpose of providing possible discounts and other benefits to the Seller’s customers.

The customer’s personal data is fully protected against misuse. The Seller shall not provide the personal data of its customers to any third parties. The Seller may provide only the personal data that is required for the delivery of the goods to the transporter.

Once a Purchase Agreement is made, it is archived by the Seller in electronic format and is accessible only to the Seller and to the Buyer upon request.

Sending of Commercial Messages and Storing Cookies
The Buyer agrees that information regarding the Goods, Services, and the Seller’s business as well as the Seller’s commercial messages may be sent to the Seller’s e-mail.

The Buyer agrees that cookies may be stored on their computer. If it is possible to make a purchase via the website and if the Seller is able to fulfil their obligations ensuing from the Purchase Agreement without storing cookies on the Buyer’s computer or other comparable equipment, the Buyer has the right to revoke the consent granted on the basis of the previous statement at any time.

If for any reason beyond reasonable control, the Seller is unable to supply a particular item, the Seller will not be liable to the Buyer.
An order of large quantities of a line can only be fulfilled at the discretion of the store. 

There will be no contract of any kind between the Buyer and the Seller unless and until the goods have been received by the Buyer. Customer order is an offer to buy from the Seller. Nothing that the Seller does or says will amount to any acceptance of that offer until the goods are delivered to the customer. At any point up until then, the Seller may decline to supply the goods to the Buyer without giving any reason and a refund will be issued.
To ensure availability of all products, customers may be limited to a maximum number of items.

All goods can be delivered only on the territory Of the Republic of Cyprus. The delivery is made within five working days after receiving the payment on the Seller’s account. During the process of ordering products or items there will be a delivery charge according to the weight or volume of the ordered products or items and the delivery destination location. Many products are held in stock by L.F. Cyprus E-bike, if the Seller is not able to deliver certain products or items, he is obliged to contact the Buyer.

Payment for goods and shipping charges can be made by any method shown on L.F. Cyprus E-bike eshop at the time of placing the order. There will be no delivery until cleared funds are received and payments shall be made by the Buyer without any deduction whatsoever.

Goods Damaged during Transit
Any goods received by the Buyer that have suffered damage during transit must be reported to the Seller as soon as possible and at the latest within 5 days of receiving the goods. The Seller will accept damaged goods during transit for replacement at the expenses of the customer.

Upon receipt of the order, the Buyer may be asked by the shipping service authorised person to sign for the goods received. If the package does not appear to be in good condition, the Buyer should refuse the delivery.

Cancellation of Orders
The Buyer has the right to cancel the order without providing any reasons to the Seller, before the order is dispatched and without any extra charge. In such a case the Buyer will get a full refund of his payment (if there was any). Order can be cancelled by email or phone.

If the order is dispatched, the Buyer still has the right to return the goods to the Seller and get a full refund within 10 days of receiving the goods, provided that the Buyer has informed the Seller and the goods are not damaged. The shipping cost of the returned goods back to the Seller is responsibility of the Buyer. L.F. Cyprus E-bike does not cover the shipping cost of the returned goods.

Faulty Goods
Most of the products are covered by a warranty two years, backed by the manufacturer unless otherwise stated. If items become defective due to manufacture fault, the Buyer has to contact the Seller; the Seller will agree on the best possible way to solve the issue (sending back the item, etc.). The Seller will contact the relevant manufacturer who will inspect the item and at their discretion, they will either repair, replace or return the item to the Buyer (the Seller will return the item if he can see that there is no manufacturing fault). If the manufacturer determines the item is faulty, the Seller will reimburse reasonable costs that were incurred when the item was returned, upon production of valid receipts. The Seller accepts no responsibility for goods not received or damaged in transit. It is recommended to use an insured shipping method.

Language of this Agreement
This agreement is issued in English language.

Third party trademarks and images of third party products, services and/or locations featured on this Website are in no way associated, linked or affiliated with L.F. Cyprus E-bike and the Buyer should not rely on the existence of such a connection or affiliation. Any trade marks/names featured on this Web site are owned by the respective trade mark owners. Where a trade mark or brand name is referred to, it is used solely to describe or identify the products and services and is in no way an assertion that such products or services are endorsed by or connected to L.F. Cyprus E-bike.

Force Majeure
The Seller shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of strikes, lock outs, failure of any communications, telecommunications or computer system and the Seller shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations.

Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cyprus Republic and any disputes will be decided only by the Cyprus courts.
If any of these Product Terms is held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Product Terms which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

In order to complete the purchases the Buyer only needs to add the desired products to his shopping basket by clicking the "Add to Basket" button for each product.
The already selected items appear in the shopping basket. In the shopping basket the Buyer may change the quantities of any of the products, changing the numbers in the quantity next to each product, or remove the product totally, selecting item and then select "Update". Each time the Buyer can click on the "Update" to view the new basket status and subtotals.
Proceed with the shopping or visit the store's checkout gateway to buy the selected items clicking "Check out".
Select shipping and then payment method for your purchase, checking “I have read and accepted the General Terms and Conditions“ and click "Buy now". Each payment method has different steps as analysed below.

Pay with PayPal
You are diverted to PayPal payment gateway. Complete your credit card details and address as the paypal service requests and proceed. Your order is not placed yet. You return to the website and you view the final review of your order.  In case your order is not able to be shipped to the requested address you will be informed accordingly, else you will be able to see the final order details, tax analysis, shipping charges, shipping & billing address and payment method. To proceed you need to click the "Pay" button. At this point your card is charged and your order is been placed. 

Entire Agreement
The above Terms of Service and conditions of use constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between the Buyer and L.F. Cyprus E-bike (the Seller).
